Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered a meat stuffed pizza. The instructions were to cook at 350 for 32-40 minutes. I cooked on the top rack and when I checked it after 19 minutes because I was smelling smoke the bottom crust was black and burnt and the top crust was still raw. The pizza size and meat quantity was excellent but the cooking instructions and the pan that they send to cook it on ruin the whole experience. I even turned it down to 200 degrees to try to cook the top crust and the pan was still smoking at that temperature. The cheesy bread was excellent though

Placed a timed order for 4pm. Got there at 3:57pm, it was already ready and easy access to get and leave right away. Employee addressed me pleasantly with a smile. I told her thank you and she replied nicely. Good customer service!

Great pizza, however their curbside service is lacking.

Calling service worked well. Had a little trouble understanding the dude on the phone, but it all worked out, and the pizza is excellent! :-)

I have Never been to a Papa Murphy’s so I when I walked in I didn’t know they didn’t bake the pizza. The customer service person failed to inform me of that as well when I ordered. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick it up and it’s an uncooked pizza after having already payed for it!!! You should not assume every customer knows you only sell uncooked pizza! You should tell people that when they order and not assume they already know. If I wanted to bake it my self I could have saved time and money and gotten a frozen pizza at Walmart after all you use thawed out crust and sprinkle on ingredients same as Walmart only theirs only cost 6.99 instead of 20! My biggest complaint is your failure to inform walk in customers that they are buying a raw pizza!!!
